Join a pelvic floor physical therapist via Zoom to get to know your pelvic floor and how to stop those embarrassing little bladder leaks, among other benefits to a strong pelvic floor!! 

There will be time for questions throughout the presentation and at the end. You can ask questions in the chat function if you feel more comfortable with that.
